Hello all, I am interested in buying plots of land at Ibeju Lekki with the following specifications: Land in an estate The land must have gazzette I will be given my deed of assignment, survey plan and reciept immeediately after payment Budget : 900K to 1.5M max per plot. Seriously brethren, I thought i made myself quite clear. State what you have here, at least location. I might bear an Igbo name but i be omo eko proper and know all the nooks and crannies of Ibeju. jaybee3: Yes I clearly did but I just stated what I have just incase she might be interested or anyone else cus where this estate is located is very accessible and development has already been going on. It is also a very great estate to invest in being that in no distant time, the area will be a very hot cake and trust me, one can only get lucky if by then you can get a land for even N10million. |

Hi Ifyalways,you cannot get a plot of land in awka for such amount and even in mgbakwu unless inside forest u will get in mgbakwu for that amount. increase your budget to 1.8m you get land in isuaniocha .just 2minutes drive from awka.close to main road. |

Adadi oramma,thanks.the cost of land has increased now in mgbakwu.you can get land for 1.2m now in mgbakwu.why does you go to isiagu?people are rushing there to buy land because of new status as new capital city. you can get land there between 500k and above . |
