Massive flooding in Ghana’s capital swept stored fuel into a nearby fire, setting off a huge explosion at a gas station that killed over 100 people and set alight neighboring buildings on wednesday .

The explosion took place as dozens sought shelter in gas station and nearby shops in central Accra to escape the torrential rains and charred bodies were left scattered through the whole site.

Flood is popping up everywhere whenever there is a longer rainfall. Is this the effect of global warming? Many parts of Texas were flooded last week and it is not a matter of planning anymore as it cannot be controlled. This is not a drainage issue.
