Of course, it should be. But computer sciences and intelligent systems and information engineering ? These are all under IT as a field and these 3 are streams. Computer Science on itself is somewhat programming oriented. Intelligent Systems could take a bit of sensor related studies and information engineering is way way broad though it is Software-Defined.

You should look into weighing different courses from different UNIs. Read the syllabi and choose what's best for you.
shaggy12:
Hello Danindia,I am looking out for computer science, intelligent systems and information engineering as a course for masters.

Hope my chances will be optimum with the stated courses?
Re: General German Visa Enquiries Part 2 by DanIndia(m): 4:22pm On Jun 03, 2015
You're welcome.

With respect to studying for professional certs, you don't really need to study dumps. In fact, if the concerned authority finds out you dumped to pass the exam, your license go run with Usain Bolt and you'll be totally banned from writing cert exams with the concerned organization.

Meanwhile, I strongly suggest you study for certificates from vendors outside of your UNI studies. The IT world is very competitive right now and understand that even though you have certs and degrees, it only walks you through to the door of a HR.

Study to pass, understand the concepts and do not DUMP.
shaggy12:
Hello DanIndan,

I must confess you have spoken well and really deepened my instinct and understanding to some chances that can easily boost me but on the other hand actually I don't really have time to study the dumps/materials and as well the exam but as it's now I need to squeeze out time for that.

Moreover I want to meet up for the winter admission and just English proficiency will be the remaining part just for my documents to be complete but since I got an option of a proof of proficiency then I have to emulate the chance.

Definately it's in the first list of my scale of preference irrespective of the option I have now.

As for the embassy I will Definitely go with the proof of the proficiency and I believe my chat and conversation might also be convincing though just thinking aloud.

Once again I appreciate your response.look for to hearing again and again from u.

Interesting...

The one I have has 7 pages (Deutsche Bank via this page: https://www.deutsche-bank.de/pfb/content/privatkunden/konto_international-students-en.html#myaccordion_10766 ). Under Forms (Opening a bank account/blocked account for foreign students ≥ 18 years (PDF, 311 KB) ).

Can anyone kindly clarify which is the right form to use so 3weeks don't just go by.
this one is correct.

dammy na wa o...
my friend also got same complaint from DB, and the annoying thing is that he got the forms from the site also. so the question is: does one re-proceed to the german embassy and pay another 4,300 and certify signatures on the new form? or can one send the forms like thathuh
Re: General German Visa Enquiries Part 2 by DanIndia(m): 4:30pm On Jun 03, 2015
Mathematics - it will definitely cover Calculus - Differentiation and Integration and some Abstract.
Electronics - OP/RC AMP, HW, FW, Bridge Rectifiers and all stuff related to AC - DC conversion.
SP - Me nor know o
Linear Systems Theory - not really
Systems and Signals - this will take a hint from Electronics I suppose. (
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YBMGMF-DAVU)
Communication - Electronics small small. Amplification might be here.. and if Computer Related, just some Networking and Voice basics. Modulation (Freq, Amp and Pulse)

All the best, bro.
pompido:
Can someone please enlighten me on how the admission interview of FAU Erlangen-Nürnberg works?

Just got the scope of the interview as follows:

Fundamentals of:

- Mathematics
- Electronics
- Stochastic Processes
- Linear Systems Theory
- Systems and Signals
- Communications

Are we talking general overview here or problem solving instances is to be expected.
Some of these subjects (Stochastic Processes undecided grin ) are quite wide and to be frank, it has been a while (Old papa youngie grin)

Just to encourage our folks, keep at it! seek advice from the more knowledgeable members and don't despair in the face of rejection. I got rejected by Stuttgart and TUM (E pain me o make i no lie wink ) but as of today, CAU Kiel, TuHH (full admission) and FAU (dependent on interview) have come calling. Offenburg is still outstanding.

This is just another step but it is one step closer to the goal than I was last month.

God bless us all....

I am also in a dilemma of choosing between Germany (TuHH and others) and France(scholarship) right now.
So u see my friend, sometimes all these too many admission can just give somebody unnecessary headache. sad

France is a lovely country.. and integrating yourself in the society won't be as hard as it would, in Germany. The language too is easy to learn.. and FUN too smiley

I didnt count d first two pages so we are together. My point is its very obvious they just changed d format. Quite recently. Instead of them to admit that the problem is from them and apologize them dey form right. Yes na. Na embassy things again. Besides going thru embassy is cheaper. D 4500 covers d sending. If i send it on my own dhl na 13100. So embassy pasy me sef. My own na when i get there should i tell d woman ive done before and ive even done my interview or should i just lock up and act like first timer. She obviously wont know...what do u guys think?

Sorry about the rejection bro, there is still hope. i also had intention of applying for the HEG but, but judging from their requirements and application process, i felt the course would be competitive. Though Kiel and Bremen still owe me admission in Marine Geoscience.

My good people, after rejections from LMU, Tuebingen and Stuttgart, at last i can take i can take a deep breath as i just got an offer from TU Bergakademie Freiberg today. Still expecting more from Darmstadt. i must confess, this thread has been an inspiration to me as i have been inspired to apply to as many as possible schools. My advice to newbies like me is; do not limit your choice of school to one particular region in Germany (especially South). My first seven rejections were from highly ranked research Universities in Southern Germany.

For those still expecting their admissions, i pray it comes on time. Germany is really worth the stressss. Cheers!!!

Oh that's right. I recall someone saying they wanted to leave France for Germany. Understand that people are different. We're not all looking for the same thing. Some may prefer Germany for some reasons while others, France for other reasons.
It's for you to decide - list out the pros and cons of both the countries and then decide where's good for you.

If you are patronising the guy who just said he has helped 15 people since April, just be careful because the claims are too porous. First, student visa interview for summer closed march ending and visa interview for Winter started around mid May, so where did the 15 people get their visa from? Mars? Were they humans or goats?

He can come forward and prove me wrong.

Nellyb24 expect to hear from Bremen soon, as the admission committees sat today...
Please, who is familiar with or know much about Uni Bremen admission process...I got a mail from them today to send 2 recommendation letters before June 15. Though, the letter was optional on the online portal. How do I go about it? Do I still stand a chance to be admitted knowing fully well that decisions will be made in 2 weeks (max).
Thanks
