After I wipef all the memory from my Tecno android, by resetting with factory and reset it always display

Unfortunately, sales tracker has stopped

How do I remove this?

Someone responded to this post with the same piece of advice. I live in Ekiti state but currently in Nasarawa state. I will be in ibadan office by His grace next week. Thanks a lot.
