After clicking the 1st page after log in just know your timer has started reading regardless of whether you clicked START or not.

I am victim ..Internet connection was slow,I tried fixing it up only to click START and discover I had 4mins left.Omo see race,however I managed to ATTEMPT 20 questions before time exhausted.

Same here, mine was as a result of lost in internet connection. I had only answered two questions with less than 10 mins left before I was logged out. Already sent them a message, let's hope for a positive and quick reply.

I have an issue here now, immediately i logged in to start the test, i was taken back to the login page,only for me not to be able to assess d test again but i av sent a message to the email given in the message
