Gov. Akinwunmi Ambode was in Oriental Hotel today (Friday) for an event organized by Africa's Young Entrepreneurs (AYE). Amazingly, he was not invited for the event, he came as a representative of the party leader of All Progressives Congress, Bola Ahmed Tinubu. See banner for the event below.

This development came as a surprise to stakeholders of the event; it not everyday the Chief Security Officer of a state represents anyone other than the president.

According to the correspondent of The Bug, only one of the key invitees to the event honoured it - Bill Gibson  (a Canadian Business Speaker). The three other persons mentioned on the invitation are: Folorunsho Alakija, Forbes richest woman in Nigeria with an estimated net worth of $2.5 billion and Matron of AYE;
Dewji Mohammed, Forbes 31st richest person in Africa, with his net worth an estimated $1.3 billion (first Tanzanian billionaire); and Bola Ahmed Tinubu, APC leader and patron of AYE. However some other key note speakers like: CE.O. Delta Afric, Mr Akin odumakin; M.D. Fidelity Bank; Mosunmola Umoru graced the event.
