My own issue is also similar, on getting to nos 4 it refused going to the next question the screen started moving up and down and finally logged off....I feel disturbed cos I saw it as a big opportunity. ..it will be unfair if we re nt at least given a chance to fail or pass at least just 2 min into my time

I hope this issue is addressed and resolved quickly

You are supposed to see the instructions at the top of the questions, but if you have not seen any, that means there is something wrong somewhere

Mariam's mail was already in the e-mail for the test link. Incase of any issue with the test, we are asked to mail her.

Already did that. Please anyone concerned should also remove her email address from their posts.

I understand you perfectly but you should know that only people eligible to write the test received Mariam's email.

Some people who are not supposed to have the email may start making false complaints.

For those of you that is yet to take the test, please be informed that the timer starts once u log in your details (while you are reading instructions) so don't think it will only start when the questions appear. You will notice that when the questions and timer appear, the time remaining would be few minutes less than 10 minutes.
VERY SAD BUT TRUE. EY needs to work on this.

I experienced the same issue here o, I was already at no 6 which I answered in less than 2mins and it was looking good before the page showed please wait and went back to the log in page, try logging in again but as stated clearly in their mail, no second attempt, just Hoping on God write now for them to resend a link because I am a little bit disturbed, however we still need to concentrate on the numeric, all the best fellas.

Had same issues here, was logged out, cudnt log in again. Sent them a mail sha, hope they do sumtin 2 address that.

First of all, I want to thank God for everyone that successfully wrote the test.

Secondly, In my opinion, I think an unstable network must have been the logical reason for issues that came up. I say this because while writing the test, the page froze for a while when I clicked next. When I noticed that I could be logged out, I quickly started the "PING" command which forced the connection to pick up. Moreover, the issue could also be as a result of heavy traffic on the server; that is why writing all these tests in the midnight is advisable.
All the same, I seriously pray EY does something about this so no one feels cheated.

Thirdly, without being told we should know that posting our Emails on a public forum is harmful let alone posting a company's official email. Let's try and wisen up pls.

This got me laughing out loud...

I completed the test and got this message 'congratulations, you have successfully completed this section etc'. Anyone had similar experience? I also clicked start and it was hanging for a sec and i kept clicking it and it skipped 4 questions with no answers from my part. I did 21 out of 25 and after 10mins i think the timer kept on counting down with a minus. I also lost connection for like 6-mins and the timer kept on counting.
