I was thinking I was watching the match with fellow cules,but as Juventus scored a goal and equalised,it dawned on me that wa were not more than 7 barca fans out of a possible 30+ persons..
At that moment, I told the barca guy with me that the match will end 1-3,that that is exactly what Man U did in 2011...
As it proved right,the dude bought me a bottle of Heineken.. The funny part is,I dashed it to a hater!!

Its a thing of joy supporting a club like FC Barcelona.. i almost lost my voice yesterday at the view center when we regained our lead..

The anti-Barcelona atmosphere is just too thick in Nigeria (my area maybe?).. Why do some Nigerians (most?) hate successful people when they are not the one? is this attitude healthy? does this attitude not show the kind of person we are as a country?

When they equalized, the noise was just too much..but something surprised me yesterday, one of the most vocal guys in there yesterday was a R.Madrid fan and he kept rooting for Barcelona.. i was surprised and even though they kept mocking him for supporting a rival club, he maintained his support and waited till the cup was handed to us.

I respect that guy, only few people could have done what he did.

I am happy we have shut alot of noise makers up and also internal doubters.

we can be allowed to enjoy the glory for now.. we deserve it!

Congrats to us all irrespective of how you saw the coach and some of the players..congrats!

Back and still reeling the moment. Plenty thanks to the treble success! And need I mention I won N5k for predicting the score line and another N2k for getting the scorers rightly predicted.

My take:
1. I must commend Lucho for the feat achieved. He deserves much respect than I ever gave. This doesn't take away my not so warm dislike for him or prevent me from criticising him when the occasion demands it.
2. The team controlled the game from start to finish and rightly took the lead when they did. That's the pragmatic team Lucho has succesfuly built.
3. Ter Stegen was great in his role yesterday. Very commanding on the back and assuring on and off the ball. Hope he is switched to the league games next season.
4. D. Alves was at his marauding best. 5 European cups no be beans. He deserves 2 years renewal, but M. Montoya should play regularly next season.
5. G. Pique? Thanks Shakira, for whatever you denied him that brought his vintage self back. We're grateful ma!
6. J. Mascherano started shaky. He got his groove started after the boots change. No try am again o.
7. J. Alba... A shaky start and responsible for the goal conceded. Did well as always going forward.
8. S. Busquets always the unsung hero. Wish we can appreciate him more.
9. A. Iniesta the don had a great game. Rightly deserving of the MOM. 3 assists in 3 UCL finals no be beans o.
10. I. Rakitic? Where are those Nairaland Cules again? Hope una watch the match o. He's what we'd never get from lazy Cesc for a decade.
11. Neymar Jnr,... More to come from the young man. The 1st goal from him should have stood. He raped S. Lichsteiner over and over.
12. L. Suarez justifying the huge sum we coughed on him every passing day. Great buy!

Honerico I tire for u ooo, were u @ all surprised haters in sheeps clothing were around you? You cant and shouldnt be, Barcelona have azzbeaten almost all of the Top clubs in Various leagues. And its always in a dehumanizing and annihilating manner of Victory.
