they are very plenty here in Ibadan. It is just a pity to see executive begging. husband and wife going on the street with good cloth on and have one on one conversation with people - convincing on how their baby needs medical attention. I think this is another fraud strategy springing up in the country. and it must be checked and curtailed before it gets out of hand
