our girls won the match themselves single handedly..no input from the bench.I cant believe some pple support a coach that cant influence a game with his bench. Truth is,Okon is a dull and fearful coach,he lacked initiative in this game and lacked the balls to go for the jugular when the girls levelled the score. Whats the point having a player that is tired and having muscle cramps on the field when you have a bench eager to be let looose. I was hoping Okon would have improved technically,but today as much as i rejoice with my darling team..i cringe with fear,Okon will be our downfall. 2 Likes |

Who be all this roadside analyst blaming coach for not substitutiing? Can i know where its a must that a coach must use his subs in a match. For God sake whatever happens here the coach bears the brunt. So he has all the right to do whatever he likes with this team. This team upped their game in second half and created world class chances were u the one who told him what to tell the girls? I read some of u who know nothing but irrationaly criticise everythin having probs with his bowing down to celebrate can i know what is wrong with that? Godwin deemed it fit to allow the girls redeem themselves and yes... No one showed sign of tiredness sohe should just sub to please u inexperienced road side analyst? Who only think this is EPL? All of u in this category should just STFU. People should stop insulting the coach. the girls were not tired and all of them played strictly to the instructions given to them by the coaching crew during the break. So why insult the coach for not doing any substitution? maybe if he had done any substitution we wouldn't have equalize all the goals.. Swedish female team has played 3 semi-finals so you can't just push them out like that. TV commentators were saying that african female football is improving. Days of nigeria conceding morethan 4 goals are over... Who is watching CAMEROON vs ECUADOR? CAM must win this match oooh... 1 Like |

Xlad: Yes, your right but honestly if you watch the match you will know that the coach and the technical crew didn't do a good job on the team. Playing Germany is like playing Barcelona very fast and strong in pace n counter, their midfield are superb can get through pass from uneasy angles, Ivory coast should have played like chelsea defends and seek for draw winning might even knock at their doors who know bt they just came all out on Germany and those diva took an advantages of it.  1 Like |

USA are ranked 2nd best team in the world, Sweden ranked 5th best team, and Australia ranked 10th best team in the world. Nigeria ranked 33rd best in the world. The odds were not stacked in our favor at all. |
