Uterus:- retroverted and normal size. slightly inhomogeneous myometrim. no remarkable nodule seen.

Endometrium:- thickness within normal limit, (9.4) Lining intact. however multiple areas of echogenic foci are noted. Scarilization 2° healing with fibrosis. No intracavitory mass seen.

Adnexae:- ovaries are normal in size and echo pattern. noted appreciable follicles are: (R) ovary- 2.30cm dominant, 2.1cm preceeding.
(L) ovary- 1.4cm dominant; others insignificant.

Cul de sac:- unremarkable.

Good day, I am a silent reader of this thread. Pls am posting this on behalf of my sis in law. she got married in 2013 and they are yet to conceive. My mum in law is worried according to some things my husband shared with me yesterday. They have gone to 2 different specialists one last year and another one this year. Both said they are ok and nothing wrong with them. I read about fertilaid, I want to know if I can suggest that she uses it. Please if there is any other thing anyone here can suggest that she does, would be appreciated. I told my husband to wait for me to go online and seek opinion because he wants to call her later today. Thanks.

i think she should be told of this site and post what the doctors said. this is a faceless forum. no one will know its her.
because she is going to tell every other person except her husband the truth. sometimes sef, we hide some things from husbands especially when he might tell mummy.
please am not saying she is not telling the truth about her state, am just saying she would gain more if she comes here her self.
plus with the mother inlaw interference and the whole line of report back to her?

just send her this link, she can observe and join.
am not saying all MIL are bad o, and am not saying every1 has secrets but.....

was her husband checked too? when its ttc, every1 looks at the woman.

i think u can read up the benefits of the drug u want to advise her on on googlr....we cant advise her to take anything.
there r a lot of test to do and not just visiting a specialist once or twice.
we need her to tell us and we can advise her.
all of us here are also learning and trying to get pregnant or keep a pregnancy.

i wish y'al d very best.
unexplained infertility is very dicey to treat. there is also the spiritual angle to it especially when all is medically fine.

u can do 200mg cyclogest. or do day 21 progesterone test.
for d trigger, no idea o. i b studen too for that line.

Thanks iomoge. My husband came in some minutes ago, he told me he called her at the office. Everything I wrote in the first post is still what she said only that she said her husband sperm count is slightly low and he was a cream to rub. The cream rubbing thing is what confused me. The mum in law I talked about is her mum( I am married to her brother). She even told my husband that she didn't tell their mum about the sperm count issue.Her own mum in law is late. Like I said before she still said that they told them that there is nothing wrong with both of them. Pls is there anything that both of them can do?. I want to suggest the fertilaid to them. I just needed to get answers cos my husband says he would still call her later at night. Thanks.

@Fearless: Listen to @IOmoge. Unexplained cannot be using cream on his joystick. Let her register and join the thread. Better still, tell her to seek another gynea's opinion. You are not a gynea and we are not either.

You can trigger. The scan shows you have 2.3cm (23mm) on the right and 2.1cm (21mm) on the left.

They r matured enough. Drs usually advice we trigger from 1.8cm (18mm)

@ all, today is DH's bday and I was hoping to announce my BFP as a bday gift ( he evn said so himslf) but to God be the glory today is my CD 29 and I just saw AF now, it came on its own without inducing . Another chance to try again.... yippie! I knw say I go carry belle this year and each and everyone of us shall surely carry belle dis year. God is Great, Walai!

Deyoola sperm count is 68million, mortility 80%, morphology 90%. Pretty darn good results. Im tempted to say don't bother treating the staph infection but I think you should. Your doctor should prescribe something to clear the infection.

@mompurity2, happy birthday to your dh. All these AFs showing face on birthdays is a lie from the pit of hell. BFP is already knocking on the door of your womb in Jesus name.

You've opened the door for June bfp. .ay it rain continuously on this thread from now till it goes round, Amen. @wonyi try reduce the rate of using public toilets, its easy to pick up staph and candidiasis from the seats. if you must, try not to use the seat, you can squat but put enough tissue inside it to avoid water splash on you. Also use wet tissue to clean the seat to be sure its neat. But seriously, even after doing this, if I must sit, I'll use tissue to cover the seat. Prevention is better than cure.

@deyoola the result is perfect but the staph must be treated as soon as possible to avoid the unknown. That's why you're seeing pus cells of that number, its abnormal. Hope they listed the sensitive drugs to use. Talk to your doctor about combining oral and injectable to clear it once and for all. Remember the treatment is for you both and abstain during treatment. @fearless07 fertilaid is not for everyone. I still maintain if anyone doesn't have identified problem, pls keep away from all kinds of drugs and supplements. They could make the condition worse. Only a good gyno can evaluate and give you the right treatment.

The Lord is good and is worthy to be praised. I had been praying to God for someone to declare a bfp and derommyvent has confirmed answers to our prayers! I wish you h & h 9 months.

@Derommyvent: CONGRATULATIONS to you Sister. See God Almighty in action. You were complaining of the hsg result and NOW A BFP? Sometimes we humans always want a 100% perfect result before we can have rest of mind from ttc. This is to show that He is Greater that all.
