I doubt very much that the Rivers States House of Assembly has the power to order the dissolution of the LG. Methinks only the courts are empowered to do that. I may be wrong....

There was a court judgement that restrained Amaechi and RSIEC or whatever agency from conducting the election, but Amaechi, being who he is, went ahead to conduct the election.
Therefore, in the eyes of the law, the election never took place.

Each time Amaechi's is name is mentioned, what come to my mind is what kind of appointment is ever suitable for that kind of man who looked more of a lunatic. A man who at times behave like someone worried by some unknown sicknesses. How on earth can a normal person be so desperate to conduct an election six days to the end of his tensure?
Most time I ask myself why are strange things increasing in this country? All these class of people only makes this country more uninteresting. They make this country look like the most useless place in the world. To make things worst, he has his own supporters. Any way, na end time be this.
