Please get your facts straight, Chelsea and PSG are not richer than Arsenal, they are only being bank-roled by spoilt rich owners searching for meaning to their lives. But it is bad habit for the club's finances because those moneys are accounted for as loans and therefore adds to the club's debt.
Truely rich clubs make use of their own funds eg R. Madrid, Man Utd and Barcalona... Oopps! Arsenal comes next.

When I see those who joined Arsenal in the last decade I just know.

Let me tell you, no other manager breaks British transfer record like Wenger. He did it with Bergkamp, Campbell- for a defender, even more recently is Ozil. See? You know little about Arsene and Arsenal.
