Let's give them some time before we begin to judge them, I am sure they got thousands of complaints genuine and not genuine in their email,before they reply each individually would take time,and they might want to investigate the complaints too, I am also sure scammers would have flooded their inbox since the email was leaked here. However,they tried by improving on the Numeric test,not much complaints on that. I aint pro EY cos I am also in yours shoes,I could only answer 2 questions before I was logged out. I already know the whole test was a mess after I had that experience.

They would get back to people with issues. Just watch your mails.

I got auto reply message acknowledging the receipt of my complaint.......numerical reasoning

Ey replied my verbal reasoning complaints.said they will investigate and get back to me within d week.

Just got a mail from Mariam on my complaint. She promised to get back to those of us(wink) with genuine complaints before the week runs out after investigating our claims.

I think we just need to calm down. It seems they are on top of their job!

Just wrote my test after trying to use my laptop. Thanks to God it went without any hitch on my brother's phone cuddos to HTC and Airtel 4G.

Was it difficult? - No it was a decent way to test the employability of a graduate.

Was the time too short? - No if you knew what ur doing and practiced before hand.

The difficulty of the test was exaggerated. Its good to clarify that for those that would read this thread in future.

firstly its not about getting the whole 25 questions or even answering them all. It was a speed test design that only very few people would be able to solve them all. It's about how many question one would be able to answer correctly. One might answer 15 and pass and another would answer all 25 and fail.

Secondly my previous comment was not to brag. I was trying to point that relying on traditional methods we were taught in school wouldn't make one do well in that test even if one is very good in maths. One has to learn the short cuts.

By the way, thank you for wishing me well.

Pls house help me In this.. I started d numeric test but time froze at 14th mins but d test was still coming out, when I finished d last question and clicked submit, there was no acknowledgement what I saw was a blank screen, shld I still send a complaint to them or not? Pls advise..

True talk, especially the way its been done here in Nigeria, example, this particular EY, whatever reason they decided to do this, its not working!

So excel by familiarizing yourself with it...That's what a job seeker is supposed to do. Since I started studying my Gmat and solving some online aptitude tests including that of workforce and Shl, I've never failed any aptitude test except for Sterling which was their failure not mine.
When I said the test was cheap smone said I was speaking in Faith. Except for genuine reasons like network failure which I encountered nd poor display of instructions, I will say it was a cheap test for any serious jobseeker to axe down.
