To think i had to travel over 4 states to a pickup sation to pick up the crap jumia sold me,just makes it more infuriating. bought a new Injoo Leap 4 windows tab, less than 4 days with the tablet i already have issues with it. 1. The Microsoft office isn't usable as i get a message to the effect that the key has already been used. 2. The phone now refuses to come on after 'sleeping' when i didn't use it for a few minutes today Cc: jumiaonline I am expecting the worst right now, they might say i should wait 14 days to get it replaced now,or worse still to travel again for a problem that was no fault of mine. Depending on how this goes i would probably never even click on a link associated with jumia on the internet talk less of buying from them again. |

Ws the item factory sealed? |
| Re: Jumia Sold Me A Defective Phone. by fedupnigerian(op): 7:53am On Jun 09, 2015 |
niceguy7:It was sealed o. I managed to out it on though, but the Microsoft office still can't work. Numerous apps on the phone i discovered are not even installed. Maybe injoo is the problem sha |

fedupnigerian:Now u are talking ..........the fault is from innjoo and not jumia .....as u earlier stated. |

Once in a while , shit happens and that is why a return form accompany each item. No need to crucify Jumia for that, be patient and your issue will be addressed. I bought a generator through their portals and it was delivered within four days, no issues whatsoever. Let's appreciate and encourage them and with time, they'll get better. |

Same way they sold me a bad 20,000mah power bank that takes forever to charge fully and yet can't charge my Tecno H6 full bar. |

Teefire:True. Just got a refund for the crappy q5 they sold to me. You just need to be patient and persistent. I will admit they have excellent customer service and they respond to complaints swiftly. |

niceguy7:But then i can ultimately still blame Jumia, i bought from them for heaven's sake. I was browsing today then suddenly my phone started misbehaving. This is my screen now.

infinixnote:I didn't go to China to buy from injoo, jumia sold it to me. If my city had a pickup center i wouldn't have been this agitated, but to get this phone i had to travel all the way to Ibadan to a pickup center, and i live in a middle belt state. Even if i would be returning it,i would have to do what i hate doing the most again, travelling by road. I don't work for Konga, if haven't been fuucked up by a product you bought online don't be to hasty yo judge people who havr faced the problem. |
