Why are you scared of freestyling according to a storyline?

A person who's good doesn't shy away from spontaneous battles.

I have to be very relaxed [both mentally & physically] before I venture into anything that requires spontaneity & these days I've been stressed.. .
I grew up freestyle battling in school & on street so how can I shy away from something that's like Ramen noodles to me?

preparation doesn't make it rap. I'm a perfectionist & I prefer taking my time to script something that would be remembered for a very long time than hastily doing something haphazardly.
