Well it seems to be working out differently for different folks. For me, my tale is certainly not of pleasure. I got this phone strictly because of the battery and that seems to be simply my undoing- perhaps I got a very defective device, because the battery seems to be competing vigorously with Usain Bolt on who gets to zero faster, and I would be kind if I described the speaker output as terrible. Long story short; I am selling a less than 2 weeks phone at 30% loss. I dont want problems neither do I have the stomach for customer service aches: an email I sent to Infinix was not attended to for 3days until I sent a reminder which stirred them to a creepy reply a day later. Well am here to ask for assistance; can somebody put me through on how to easily and safely get this phone back to factory settings so that I can give it to the new owner first thing tomorrow morning. Every company drops their price with time but these people keep increasing theirs.

Just look at the poor reception their infinix Zero 2 had.
The thread was on 44 pages in May before the price was announced. Once it got announced as a 36k device, everyone ran away, now the thread is still on page 46

Imagine how they would have made record sales if the price was 30k.
