Dogara is a Christian. Saraki is a Muslim.

His (Dogara's) constituency in Bauchi state has a significant Christian population.

Hausaland is not monolithically Muslim,you know...there are indigenous Christian and Traditional Religion practicioners in places as far north as Kano and Sokoto.

I quite agree with the saying that...Apc had prio knowledge of Peoples Democratic Party to secure principal offices in the National Assembly over a month ago and that was why the party selected staunch APC members – Ahmed Lawan and Femi Gbajabiamila – as its candidates for Senate President and Speaker respectively.

It was a coup against APC not PDP.

They should stop whinnying(as adviced by Olisa Metuh and start getting their acts together).
U win some,u lose some.

If APC knew about PDP's plot over a month ago and still couldn't stop it,then they just indirectly told the world that they are bigger fools than we thought. After all our elders say 'the stone one sees coming doesn't blind him,except u are a big fool'.
They where outsmarted and outclassed by PDP in every way in the legislature.

It's very usual to have pockets of religion in predominantly monolithic society.For example most people will think Isreal is predominantly a Jewish religion,but you still see jewish Muslims.

Why are these APC ass lickers so delusional. Trying to think the position of things already would not favor PDP. PDP got what they wanted. There was no way PDP could nominate a deputy speaker given the overwhelming APC populated house. The first step in making progress is to agree one made a mistake. If they neva went for the meeting saraki would neva emerge senate president. Rather than them to start really looking at who truly betrayed who. Buhari called for a meeting and neva showed up. but had sent a letter that would start the inugural process. In fact rumor confirmed he was sleeping, while his senators were wating. If that was to be a cooperate environment who is to blame. APC delusional folks should face reality. Saraki had always made his intentions know. Someone deceived these senators in gathering in the wrong place. Children of anger should reason and stop deluding themslves. Now they want to sanction tambuwal, a governor. There is already discord in the party that's what PDP wants and fools will not open their eyes to see that PDP is winning already.
