This house is okay for him to move in. Let them just use white and green granite on the surface. Granite doesn't need renovation and is more classy. It's just 15k per square meter . They just want cheap repetitive jobs so they can keep embezzling.

5. Contractor for this project should be paid as per milestone with retention of 20% kept at the Central Bank of Nigeria.
6. I consider all of this as waste.
