Six packs is not easy to accomplish. I have seen fit men with strong biceps and a little tummy or thunder thighs but I have never seen a guy with packs who isn't fit all the way through. If he is rocking a six packs, I can assure you he has a tight body and he does not have those feminine hands a lot of Yoruba men have. (Iyanma!)
