It is simple, the civil servants had the opportunity to vote out corruption, incompetence, arrogance, poverty and they threw it away. They had the opportunity to try some other person but they rejected the opportunity.
Civil servants in Rivers and other states that were owed gathered themselves and made their voice heard.
Finally,
What is happening in Osun is bad to say the least, shouldnt happen anywhere and to anyone but the osun workers brought it upon themselves.

was it? Dont think so. The civil servants just didnt do enough. They were busy celebrating when the gov was returned.
