Due to too much generator theft in my area. I decided to be locking my generator on this wheel. last week sunday a friend came to my house condemning this act. He told me its unsafe that someone can easily un-fix the tyre and made away with both of them.
I've no option left because I can't sleep without light in my apartment. My apartment have
no fence.
Nairalanders please what should I do to avert my property theft?
