I have personally monitored payment of salaries in osun state since late 2012, from when Aregbe has always delayed payment of salaries by paying a month's salary on the 24th-27th of the following month. To claim that he was paying salaries on or before 25th of every month is a fallacy and an insult to Osun workers.
