For me connecting to a wifi it will work but the sim won't work, that's the global sim... Even when I put it on an android phone it will work there everything but when I now try to use the hotspot on the bb10 every thing will work except bbm... the fault is peculiar to the sim and the bb10*....i also put another go sim with bis and it worked

Is this a first time subscription? Calling glo customer service will only waste your time. First time glo bis subscription from a BlackBerry 10 device could take as much as 24-48hrs to kick in so don't be hasty or impatient

Glo bis on BlackBerry 10 devices is not officially supported by glo but they have chosen to look the other way and let us be

My advise will be that you be sure your apn is right and glo bis network in your area is actually good

thanks for the reply.....but its really frustrating not to customize tinz on your phone, an edge android phone have over whatever BB.I tweaked to use glo BIS,I change fonts like chameleon, port ROMs like mad, downloading speed above 2mb/sec on my common tecno a+ and somebody here is talking about "productivity" SMH greatly,bought q5 for my wife(normal women's love for BB) guy! Na rubbish.

Good day. I recalibrate the battery like you said but it still went off when the battery level got to 20%. This happened like twice after charging it to 100%, it still went off when I used it and the battery level got to 20%. If I do decide to get a new battery, do you have an idea about the price and where I can get original? The phone is a BlackBerry Q5 and the battery is non removable unless by a technician. Thanks.

You can do it at Ikeja, take it to SLOT. Only a professional hand can touch it else they'll screw something up. BTW, which OS are you running?
