What's to be gained by this unguarded statement to a foreign audience? Reinforce the notion that Nigeria is a den of thieves where corruption reign supreme? Someone should remind this man that the election is over and it's time to start delivering on his long list of promises. The first major financial scandal in NNPC was during his time as minister of petroleum, if they had put in place a transparent accounting system at NNPC during their time I am sure we won't be in this kind of mess we are today.
