Turn is pronounced ten... Burn is pronounced ben. While born is pronounced bohn.

U pretend to talk english if u pronounce them otherwise.

Always mind your grammar. When I talk with someone, I know if the person knows english or if he/she is trying or if he/she is grammatikally useless.....

Uhm, well, who doesn't?

Re: UNIBEN STUDENTS ADMISSION THREAD, 2015/2016 by Nobody: 9:11am On Jun 18, 2015
Kelvin, so, what's the problem? Are you konfused? I can transcribe every word I post here easily. I wrote them like that so it kan be easy for everyone to pronounce, and that was the major point: learning how it should be pronounced.(instead of making jest of the poor language.)

Robinz, pidgin is our native/modified english. But there's nothing like and official Nigerian english. We use the British (and sometimes American english), just that Some people don't do it right. And that makes it blunderOUS. But some blunders pertaining oral english are subtle and far from being konspicious.

Did I say I kould transkribe every word? Uhm, na lie o, who dash me..?

Just that, when I talk, I use english korrectly as it should be. it's just as easy as I know how to use my manhood. (uhm, the later is easier thgh).

So, the point is, many Nigerians use it korrektly... Please, don't judge us with nollywood stars, many of them are akademikally weak......and are not interested to learn more.

We are smarter than Ghanians!

Hmmm Okay bro... some parts of oral English are just giving me headache, but does this part of English come out in postume?
