Tell you wetin? make dem cum dey ask for my head here? abeg do your findings to see the number of states that owe salaries. there are some states that owes 11 months. meanwhile, what revenue generating investments has Osun state? none. no industries, no farm produce, no oil, no iron ore, no clay etc. all they have is Universities and Osun Osogbo Festival yet, their allocation was halve by the past administration..... i don run before dem begin ask for my head.

i live in osogbo and i find it amusing that things that didnt happen here are been published on blogs..its a disappiontment and many nigerians ll jst be insulting the governor...shit happen n osun peps r not beggers neither r they sharing any rice.....cant you see it politics PDP is playing jst 2 paint d situation worse than it is. Osun is and will continue to be a subject of discussion because Aregbese once claimed that he needn't wait for FG allocations before paying salaries. Two, no state currently owes more than Osun. Get your facts right. Don't tell me about Benue state because the current SSG was on Channels earlier in the week and claimed that their civil servants have been paid up till February. The 11 months only applies to primary school teachers who ideally shouldn't be paid by state governments. But for 'corruption' reason, most states hijacked their salary payments and divert the funds elsewhere, which is most likely the case in Benue and Imo. But in Osun state, our O'Governor is owing state civil servants including primary school teachers to the tune of eight months now.

you can see the hand writing on the wall.PDP permutation is that election would soon come up in Osun state.The believe is that PDP would easily close the margin that APC had to beat PDP in governorship election.They have forgoten that with the use of PVC,PDP may not have such astronomical figures coming especially from Ife where PDP was having highest figure.The deceiptive leaders are so desperate that even the drug warlord,facing extradition process may be using this to gain public sympaty knowing fully well that majority of the state can not pay with the present dwindling federal allocation without an increase in IGR. The stupid ones are playing dirty politics even with the fact that the only means of increasing IGR is thru taxation but how many peasant farmers are willing to or pay tax

when are you going to condemn aregbese for impoverishing osun state workers for 8 months despite claiming the igr is 8 billion monthly. ..wen the workers salary is 3 billion monthly.
