I think the stup1d agents @ the LGA town planning authorities that approved this structures should be queried too

Addedly, Civil Servants with the responsibility for preventing the erection of such illegal structures must be sanctioned for approving the building plans.

If Osisioma Ngwa had a masterplan that superseded the uncoordinated indigenous buildings then you would have been right to query OSCDA. However, it is worthy to note that the power to draw such plans resides with State Governments while the LGAs implements.

Secondly, people use State and Federal connections to intimidate LGAs officials into approving illegal structures.

First thing first, pay workers salary before any other thing, people are hungry in Aba, for the past 9months people working in Abia State Teaching Hospital have not been paid salaries not to talk of other sectors. He wants to do the one the whole world will see, what of the ones they are not seeing. Good riders to bad rubbish
