Just last week we heard PMB requesting for hand over notes. He is less than a month in office with no minister, No SGF or officials in place asides 2 media officers and has been busy visiting west Germany and others yet we accord this achievement to him? If GEJ had campaigned with this Which is not seen by the masses like the roads he commissioned would we have believed him? Pls stop the propangada and accord respect to whom it is due. Else the way you have treated this man will God treat you the same. May you work and your sweats awarded to another. Long live Nigeria |

Its a very good news to hear dis, as PMB is set to shake up NNPC as a whole. Over time since 1999, monies has always been accrued to fixing dis refineries but because PDP government had been inundated wit corruption, dey never allowed it to start working. Dis is reality we all know and its high time we keep brandishing lies! |

nonjebose:I get your point boss, which is a fair assessment. But you can't attribute anything to Buhari, the man has practically done nothing but jet round the globe and pay courtesy visits. Plus now Ramadan has begun, so even less time to be very active for a man his age. |

ocelot2006:Na waa Ohh! So GEJ built and commissioned many Power Stations.... and those Power Plants were supplied by the massive gas Supply Networks that GEJ built? Are you "seriously mentally deranged or just plain daft? Otherwise maybe you would agree that GEJ's Power Stations did NOT supply Electricity because we all know that Nigeria's Electricity Power generation fell from 8,000MW (under OBJ), to 3,000MW in 2012 and even less than 1,200MW, by the time that slowpoke called GEJ handed over power in 2015! So, where is the Power from the "Phantom Power Stations" he built? Okay, l get your point. GEJ hid the Power Stations in Otuoke so that he can hand it over to Buhari when he is booted out of office! ![]() You people are really sub-human in your thought process. Every Eediot with a TECHNO-Phone selling fake products at Alaba is now commenting on Nairaland! Omo-Yiibo no try at all Arrant Nonsense. ![]() Lastpage!

what happens to that headlines that says d 4 refineries will gulp up to some 999million/bilion(can't remember precisely) to repair by foreing engineers/our indigenous engineers some months back and that there was no specific time frame for it completion if it were to b handled by our own indigenous engineers but a year completion by d foreing engineers. Or I'm I d only one that read that news, cos m confused here oo |

naijainfogalery:We shouldn't be blinded by anything. We should be fair and just for the sake of the progress of our dear country. There's no place like home...we need to make naija a better place by supporting what's good for the country irrespective of our individual believes. It shall be well with Nigeria. By fire by thunder enemies of progress shall scatter and never be progressive in life...Amen! ![]() |

lastpage:Look at this buffoon. That you don't know the power stations commissioned by your ex-president clearly shows the need for you to spend less time watching Davido and co, and more time reading. Even worse is your claim of power dropping from a phantom "8,000MW". Seriously Bumwipe, if you don't have any freaking idea about an industry, here's an advice: SHUT UP AND DO A BIT MORE READING!! Under OBJ power NEVER EVER exceeded 1,500MW. Under GEJ power, for the first time in Nigeria, generated power EXCEEDED the 1,500MW and PEAKED AT ALMOST 5,000MW, the highest generated power level under any administration. That was before the drop in generated power due to the gas pipeline vandalism. Even at that, current generated by is still over 2000 MW and still higher than OBJs |

These old threads remind me of how deeply ingrained misinformation is in Nigeria and of the desperation Nigerians have for good news. On the first page, those celebrating the "news", whether GEJ or Buhari supporters, got the most likes. Those expressing skepticism, and who turned out to be right, received the fewest likes. |
