Listening to Hon. Obasa take oat of office on LTV and then began stuttering through his acceptance speech shows how low we have sunk in placing "jobs for the boys" over meritiority. It beats imagination that the speaker of LSHA can be this incoherent, stammering over simple words, showing lack of dexterity in puting two words together. Are there no better candidates? Why persist with zoning? |
