I don't want to deliberate on bible passages because they were written by men like everyone of us. You may want to argue they were inspired men of God but I'm also inspired by God and I don't view them differently like I see myself. In that light, I'm not by any stretch moved or governed by their writings as I'm on same strata as them.

But let's assume that the emboldened is accurate. My brothers can be anyone and mustn't be a pastor or man of God. It can be the begger on the street, it can be the children starving in remote villages, and those dying of cholera due to lack of healthy water to drink and yes those are the people I'm interested to give tithes to. Except if you want to tell us offerings given to those fraud you called pastors is better than helping the poor. I implore you and your ilks to assist the less privilege and the sick instead than a man in the pulpit.

It's really amazing how people would think that by giving their hard earned money to a man like themselves they're giving it to God. They used your money to live in affluence and opulence but hey you gave your money to God.

Someone's remark just got me as normally religious arguments are usually irrational and devoid of logic. But in his last remark he asserted to the person he was quoting that she should be careful else she might land somewhere she might not like. So typical of religious wingnuts. They aren't relentless in threatening anyone who seeks clarity and question the inconsistencies of religion and it teachings. Before you know it, they will be daring you with the wrath of God. But one is compelled to ask, why should God send a children of His to hell or unleash his wrath on them?. Where's the love?. Why should someone be threatened for seeking answers to what it's cloudy to them or are we expect to believe everything about religion hook, line and sinker?.
