I understand the technique involved and the economic implication. I am just asking for a means of communication which would be more 'private'.

Thanks
You'll have to pay consultancy fees because this is a highly professional issue and if harnessed, could create great gains.

Oh you also forgot to add the few words 'cheaper, locally sourced materials'
Why 'cheaper'? One 6" block is about 95-120Naira depending on area, while 9" block is 140-160naira depending on area you're purchasing it. But you could easily pick up this bottles from clubs, beer parlours, hotels in hundreds at very minimal cost and these places would gladly give you even extra (plus some cash too if you ask) thinking you're disposing their wastes (which you actually are) wink

Talking about business.
Hmmm....wayo man...lols...but you seriously mean those bottles will make a bullet-proof house? Tell me more.

This is my comment regarding this kind issue on some other thread yesterday
My brother as much as we can scold the
government we the masses has 70percent of
the blame..we all know lagos is surrounded
by water and the water can sometimes over
flow into the street and all around the state
but we the masses play a big part in the pool
of water we see on the street..I remember
vividly the advert aired on Ltv and channels
all about how water flow into the lagoon but
even with all this advert we the masses has
not decease from dumping refuse into our
water ways there by constitute the pool of
water we see on the road...We nigerians are
natural wicked, we blame the government
for everything while we the masses has not
done anything to help the government....A
classic example is my neighborhood, were
PSP comes around to pick our refuse, most
of the people refuse to pay for it instead they
dump the refuse in our gutter...Our
government can still do more but we the
masses most help out in curbing man made disaster
Hey!!! Why should I pay for my refuse disposal when I pay my TAX, and sometimes, double? Then what the Fuuuuuck does the LASG do with my tax?
In some countries, the govt buys these wastes.
LASG or apc, is not ready to govern..... give me another excuse for their stupidity please

Bro no offence, would you rather pay up to NGN250,000 spread for a period of 1 year or be forced to part with NGN6,000,000 in less than 3 days following a flash flood event which destroyed your property (I don't pray for such)?

Bro name 5 countries that pays its citizens/residents to help them evacuate their waste... I await your response.

we Humans cannot stop the rains from falling. These are natural events, but we can do something to prevent them from having great impact.

our Government are not trying at all because they are lot of step they can take to control flooding and make flow of water easy.

I have seen countries where rain fall constantly but there is a good drainage system and underground well, once the rain stops within 1-2 hours everywhere is dried up.

Blame our Government.
Must we blame erything on govt.....what of we do ppl
Govt construst d drainage system but we choose them as dumping ground of refuse
When do govt help a little we shld also help ourselves
