I got a text yesterday from Glo and it says
"Get it easily, 1GB for N100valid for 15 days! Write 1 and reply, enter online world with this tremendous data bundle. Glo Unlimited!"
I don’t know if it will work or not until I tried it.
The same message was sent to my friend, but it was 500mb for N100.
The same was sent to another friend but it was 100mb for N100.
Did you also receive this message?
If yes don't doubt it,it is real and its working perfectly.


How Can I Activate it?
Step1: To get this bonus data from glo, make sure you have N100 or more on your glo line.

Step2: Send 1 to 8070 or just go back to the message you received earlier and reply with 1.

Step3: Wait for some time and you should get a success message like this “Dear Customer, your 1 GB data bundle has been successfully activated.
or any amount of data given to you.

Step4: confirm your data by dialing #122*22#.

Step5: if you try it and it doesn't connect,send PAYU to 127.
Don't be scared your money won't be deducted.
NOTE: This plan is only valid for 15days or 7 days depending on the message you received. This isn't a cheat or tweak. it is just one of the way Glo network compensate their customers.

I called glo customer care to know the criteria they used in choshng the people that received the msg.
These are the criteria :
1. People who use 2G Network almost all the time.
2. People who dont use a browsing phone.
And
3. People who don't buy glo data plans

we did this to encourage them

glo na wash... if it's not etisalat or Mtn. I ain't using.... abeg who sabi the tweak for any Airtel sub.. would be appreciated.

Contacted glo customer care and I was told it's real but you must be receive the message from glo first.
