Property and land charges are not unique to lagos , it is even very popular in metropolitan cities and states, eg California are well known for their property tax same as New York and London

Things like motor tax need to be properly collected so that unnecessary tolls can be scrapped

I hope those ones collecting money at the toll gates are reading this too. cuz I don't wanna hear them say 'I didn't hear about it' #squeezingmypunch

This man is the best. Lagos-Badagry Express road now has a new look, Work will commence soon and I see the road being completed in few years time.

This is a nice one. However, I think our Governor begins to start constructing another road tagged "coastal road". Again needs to take a step towards scrapping of toll on Lekki - Ikoyi Road.

Tinubu must be feeling 'Used' by now....well, you said its all about 'change', so don't complain.

Tolls were not being collected at the 2nd toll plaza yet and cannot be collected as the stretch of that road is incomplete

But why collection on the 1st toll gate, what is that for? Does it mean every state govt that fixes a road must toll it? What are our taxes for?

Ministry of Wealth Creation and Employment? Is that or should that not be the role of other ministries already? Are existing ministries not meant to work towards streamlining their activities/functions to ensure employment and wealth? How will this ministry operate? Where will they source d employment and wealth from if not from what is already on ground? And this one will have a Commissioner, Directors and co, all of Wealth Creation and Employment Ministry abi?
Well, concerned persons and Nigerians in general will watch and see how that works out. I hope he has conducted good feasibility studies confirming d viability of such creation b4 saddling Lagos with more debt. With current realities he should be paring down and not expanding governance expenditure.
