Yes oh! Trying to buy AMU-echi some free time here by appeasing Wike.. Bubu knows that AMU-echi squandered billions of dollars on his campaign. No wonder some people are already blackmailing him to appease AMU-echi..

Another reason could be the River's state money. Having enjoyed it in the last campaign, including the Lagos state cash and other states, maybe he's trying to lure Wike into APC so that some hidden cash still flows..

Not seen this report in any credible news media and what was reported was that PMB directed Osinbajo to look into the possibility of using proceeds from the ECA to pay states for projects done on behalf of the FG.
