Empty treasury as in how much minimum balance does nigeria has left before our naira will be equated to zimbabwean dollars.

You and the minister are only trying to be clever by half. Everybody knows the value of external reserves by the time Jonathan was leaving and reasonable people know Buhari made his speech with that amount in mind. Now there's a limit to draw from that reserve and we were already there since months ago if not the FG wouldn't be borrowing to pay salaries before they left. Jonathan and the gang wrecked this country before retiring to Otuoke.
