I ordered a phone on jumia an infinix hot note pro and I was given an Infinix hot note x551. The painful thing is that I didn't realize this till after I paid and opened the phone. I have contacted customer care and they have told me about the retrieval procedure. The problem now is I don't know if I should just endure my 5k loss or I should go ahead and do the retrieval because I have heard a lot about this retrieval thing. Jumia is a huge disappointment!

Whats the internal memory of the phone? If its 25gb, then its hot note pro. They did not change the pack

its the megapixel I noticed..its 8mp rear, 2mp front...and it was writtrn x551

Guy check the memory, if it's 25gig n 2gig ram then it's infinix hot note pro. Or remove the back cover u'll see its written 32+2 on the sticker placed on d battery.

Infinix hot note pro is an upgrade to the hot not. The camera is still 8mp n 2mp.

Thats what m using so no worry urself.

dont let rumours weigh you down jumia retrieval is as smooth nd easy as an express road cos have done d retrieval process 3 times on a row nd everything went out well nd wah i wnted was replaced

Hot note pro is 8mp,not 13mp. It's the phone I'm using. Check your file manager,if It's 25gig,then It's a hot note pro. There's nothing like pro written on the body,so use ur head.

The only difference between a hot note and pro is the ram and rom memory.

One thing u guys should know is that there's nothing like "infinix hot note pro" .... Its just advanced /modified "infinix hot note"

Sigh... Get informed b4 u start ranting.. Didn't u follow d thread to read reviews b4 ordering? No hot note pro on d carton.. Check ur memory, if its 2gb ram n 25gb..den its note pro.. Dats wat im using.. N its 8mp,not 13
