Should President Buhari Now Interfere With The NASS? by Nobody: 2:44pm On Jun 25, 2015
The president promised not to interfere with the national assembly activities but it seems these grown men can not handle themselves without fighting.

Should the president move away from that promise and make moves to bring about a peaceful resolution to the crisis?

That's what they need now: dullardo interference.

He should have intervened from the get-go. Things wouldn't have deteriorated into this. Now, I doubt if anything can be done about it. I blame it on the inexperience on the president's part.

Well, if our legislators were mature, there will be no need for presidential interference. The Executive and Legislators are different arms of government.

Agreed. But we all know the kind of politicians we have in this country. Buhari should have known better than not to intervene. Especially seeing as Saraki was going about the whole thing.

PMB should interfere because this so called honorable children behavior still requires adult intervention !!!

Exactly what I was thinking... I wonder if it was naivety on the president's part or pure inexperience. He should have cautioned Saraki from day one, I believe it was because he sat on the fence that lead to this new saga.

Saraki's behaviour is diving APC and things can't go smoothly for the president if he continues to turn the deaf ear.

He should interfere asymmetrically.
