hello Nokia world. I have a nokia lumia 530 dual sim that "freezes" once a sim card or memory card is inserted into the appropriate slots. This started when a damaged screen was replaced. I am in Awka, Anambra state and would like to get it fixed as soon as possible. What to do please.

Kindly check if u have d latest windows OS(8.1) on ur phone. If not, try to update.
