Good day house!
1. Bn trying to register my email on my Q10 since ysday, but I keep getting "Your mail and contact cannot be added at this time. Pls try again later".
2. My current Software Release: 10.2.1.2976, and OS Version: 10.2.1.3253. When I check for latest update, it says I have the latest software, which I know that's not the latest.
Pls what's the problem and what did you think I can do?

stl100-1, 2, 3, 4

stl100-1 is the earliest version, no 4g or LTE, a lot of complains about this one, so i'd advise you to stay clear.
2,3,&4 is good to go.

I got a Z3 last week and was downloading the update to the OS 10.3 that came with it through a friend's Q10 hotspot. I couldn't complete the update due to network issues and suspended it to complete it later.

Since then, I've been unable to connect to the Q10 wi-fi or any other wi-fi again, please, what could be the problem? Kindly help out.

@olarrtt is your phone T-Mobile branded? if yes, I'm experiencing the same issue, you'll have to download an autoloader.

Who is using the MTN 4.5G (N2,500), does it work on BB10 devices and is the data consumption rate fair?

Sorry for the late reply been really busy.

As for your question though, I've gone back to android and absolutely loving it, I now use a Moto X 2nd Gen. I found the android ecosystem (developers, users, forums, tutorials, bug fix, apps etc) a lot more dynamic, refreshing and forward thinking something I missed greatly while on BB. But truth be told sha I wouldn't have left BB if not for Z10 battery problem.

If I'm to advise you though, I'd say get the Z3 its cheap, has a fairly decent battery and a larger screen and it does all the things BB are pretty much known for very well --- *productivity*

I think the update interruption sort of screwed something in your phone. Do a hard reset, if that didnt work, try updating with Link, when all else fails, do a backup of your data and wipe.

it works, dat wht I use.......consumption rate depends on your usage

It works fine, am using it on my android and my Z10

Hello guys I'm experiencing the same issue..what should do? The software is cool just this Email that is not synching is wat is annoying cos I really need it.. need a swift responds

First check if the email is valid. I think wah happened to mine was a network thing at first, and it eventually went tru but couldn't add my contacts. The period of my complaint, I had changed my password and waited for it to be validated by Yahoo. Now it's working. Try check ur password and network.

i can't verify this solution, but you can try it. remove your SIM and search for update with WIFI.
Other solution; connect your phone to BB LINK and search for update, and if you want it so badly, down appropriate autoloader for your phone and install.

no risk, no rewards. besides, with all the ive mentioned, your chance of screwing your phone is less than 1%. I ask you now, is that a risk worth taking?

The 1st and 2nd is not accessible for now because am not around a WIFI for now and no system to get the BlackBerry link process done. So, am left with only my phone and ur help for now.

A PC with Internet service abi? Would find a way then. and I was thinking of giving it to those computer village guys to help me with it. dunno if it's a good idea.
