Then he should make his statement rather than calling people dumb skull besides, the court did not issue a blanket legalization of gay marriage. The court merely interpreted the constitutional questions brought before it.

The court declared that refusing to grant marriage licenses to gay and lesbian couples violates the constitution.
Justices Antonin Scalia, Clarence Thomas, Samuel Alito and Chief Justice Roberts dissented while Justices Anthony Kennedy, Ruth Bader Ginsburg, Sonia Sotomayor, Stephen Breyer and Elena Kagan were in the majority.

Before now, a total of 36 states allowed gay couples to get married, covering roughly 70 per cent of the US population.

Friday’s ruling means the bans must end in the other 14 states – Alabama, Arkansas, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Michigan, Mississippi, Missouri, Nebraska, North Dakota, Ohio, South Dakota, Tennessee and Texas.

Friday’s ruling overturned a decision from the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals in Cincinnati, which said states had legitimate reasons for maintaining the traditional definition of marriage.

Laws are drawn from the morals and ethics of the society, not the opposite which is what they have just done.
90% percent of teenagers who attend same sex colleges would be gay if such laws were in place in Africa today.

Who defines or determine the morals and ethics of the society?

Society evolves overtime and so do the morals and ethics of that society. Some years back, trading in slaves does not carry any moral or legal burden. Even religion such as Christianity never frowned at it. But with time, we all realised we can't continue selling each other. And slave trade became wrong both morally and legally.

My point is, that same sex union was morally wrong in the past doesn't always mean it will continue to be morally wrong. The society is evolving and all moral and ethical wrongs that are inimical to the development of the society will have to give way. Beside, morality is subjective in my own opinion.

Not really, but its pretty obvious if you're a professional service provider, like a lawyer or a banker etc.

Well I went to senior secondary sch and Uni in Nigeria, most of my fam is here too. I've also lived in UK 8 years before coming back.

Like you said what grown adults do behind closed doors is not your business, but how about the teenager under going a period of sexual development at an age they know very little about gender differences what effect would such laws have on them.
