When are we going to have a normal society obtainable around the world where things are done normally? The primary responsibility of a working government is the welfare of the citizens.

Similar case was reported at Oworonsoki area where the dead man was left to decay despite the community notifying the Police, the Police came, viewed and left.

The government should do more in rapid response to situation like this. Besides, there's is a Rapid Response Team stationed at Under Bridge, Ikeja, can they move in pending when the relevant agency comes?
