No joking.it's a university health service attatched to dh's place of work,i do my antenatal there but no first time and 4+ deliveries there cos they dont know the complications that might arise with those deliveries,and they said they just do those little services to help reduce the congestion in govt hospitals.they are very competent and patient-friendly dats why i wish i could deliver there,but no way cos as soon as i enter my 7th or 8th month they will tell me to choose d hosp i would want to deliver in and they write a referral letter,i will really miss them.sorry 4 d long epistle........

I tried ginger but I get nauseated afterwards

So far everything looks good no vomiting, no spitting and no food or smell aversions
. My only scare was a few weeks back when I ate pineapples and then pawpaw , I noticed blood streaks on the tissue when I wipe after peeing I looked it up on google (thank God for google) and I saw that pawpaw especially the not so ripe ones ( I ate the crunchy type) are not good and also pineapple causes contractions! I thought I was losing my baby

But thank God I still feel baby moving about will table it to my midwife on my next appointment which is next Tuesday! Good luck everyone.

@lovinam I agree with what you said@taking walks to help with labour. immediately I got to 9 month I started taking walks more srzly thou I've been doing that before then. I walk 20 mins everyday after closing from my shop. I kept doing dat and it made me strong,I even went to my shop a day before delivery and my neighbors were shocked when I called to say I had given birth. I had a short labour. it started @abt 11pm. I waited till lyk 4 am.immediately I got to the hospital and was checked. The nurses told me to push at any contraction.I did and my baby came out. I think the walks played a crucial role,in all I thank God for strength and grace. just want to encourage someone.
