As at today US special forces are actively engaged in crisis in Europe, Africa and Meddle- East.

It's a known fact that Retired US special forces personnels, are always recruited by the Private military contractors.

Even the Russians don't take the British serious when it comes to Battle, because most British equipments are manufactured aboard and personnel are trained in joint operations.

You didn't define broke as I suggested, so I'll help you out.
The US debt is denominated in Federal Reserve notes...which are IOUs backed by the faith and credit of the USA. The US Treasury can print as many FRNs as needed to offset any debt incurred by the USA govt at home and abroad. So the USA cannot be broke in dollars.
I won't even bother explaining to you in what terms the US can be financially broke.
