Seriously. You only benefit if you are in government or know someone in gov't. This was why I refused to come out to vote in the last elections. Why do I have to vote when I pay tax n still practically provide everything for myself. I'm my own minister of power (Inverter and generator), minister of water resources(borehole) etc. I'll advice people not to depend on the government because it will lead nowhere

I know someone who's currently suffering this. Student of Lincoln University. Same Bayelsa State Government Scholarship. I pray the BYSG does something fast.
