Brother, Though I know that being a new blogger it is hard for you to create your own original content but the fact that you have 164 content i just one month show that they are not original and it implicates you.
I have run an entertainment website before so am speaking from experience, try and minimize the way you cope and paste, I understand that you cant afford reporters yet but any thing you copy make you you edit at lease 40% of the content before putting it on your blog.
use www.copyscape.com to check the uniqueness of your content, Use a good design , I dont have a a free template at hand I would have given you and sorry but please try to see the one you like here www.blogtipsntricks.com/p/btnt-weekly-special.html .

Common guys, don't you know that message from Google is a pre written message. And it doesn't really mean, your site is not attractive, or is plagiarized. It could be one of the reasons listed, additionally you should read their content guidelines. When I applied for mine, I got that exact message because I developed a YouTube Downloader, and it was available for download (It didn't cross my mind) so they sent the same message. But before this prewitten message, they wrote my website content is violating their terms and provided that list for suggestions.

they've listed the reasons for you.you need to work on it and add more quality content without much images.make sure your site has enough text writeup without using images to fill up the whole contents.as for navigation, you should get a good template with good navigation and menu bar.this way, visitors can easilly navigate through the site without much stress.
