I am in need of help in backing up my files from a linux server uaing Putty or WinSCP software.

This is what use to taya somebody for here. What kind of freakkking help do you need:

A. Someone that will help you do the backup for free (or paid)
B. Someone to tell you how to connect to PUTTY or WINSCP
C. Someone to tell you the actual commands to use to backup
D. Someone to teach you how to use PUTTY
E. Someone to teach you how to bash the PUTTY console with gaddamn commands?
F. Someone to give you a tutorial on how to do this on your own?
G. Someone to write a BASH script or a CLI PHP Script to backup or even transfer your server files from server A to server B?

I am at a loss of what to do here.
