Guys, I need your contributions on the possibility of taking Peace Courier services to court for the damages caused by their delay in delivering a parcel of documents sent through them .


I sent a document from East here to Lagos on the 23rd of June , the told me that the receiver will pick it up at most in the evening of 25th of the same month, the receiver went to the pick up point on the same day, he didn't pick it up, he repeated the same from 26th to 28th but couldn't pick it. I went to the sending point , the staff customer relationship was very poor, after I threaten to sue the company for damages, the scrambled to make calls to their Lagos office. Lagos office told them that the bike man whos duty is to deliver to the collection point is sick, the had to send another person to do the delivery.

I want to sue them for damages which their delay caused me, I need suggestions and contributions on how to go about it. I lost so much money due to the delay. I have every evidence to support my claims. The receiveer has sent the copy of his receiver note to me. I want to sent records straight so that people will stop joking with another person business and means of livelihood.
