Wait till next year or the one after that when they create another scheme to make Nigerians run helter-skelter.

One would think by now with all these schemes crawling out of the woodwork, they'd've used the chance to implement a database of sorts or at least used the chance to carry out a hassle-free census but no, we've a reactive government not a proactive one.

What are they been waiting for Nigerians with their last minute rush. I did mine in January in the two banks I operate same day and took me 1hour for the both bank. We should learn to take tins serious.
