A.B.U Zaria Launches Abucar II by barackodam(op): 6:50pm On Mar 13, 2015*

The Ahmadu Bello University Zaria today launched the "ABUCAR II" today, under the department of Mechanical Engineering.

Students waited for over an hour after the scheduled time, many had dispersed when the car came after 2hrs.

The car was supervised under shell petroleum company.

I wanted to confirm before coming to Zaria. Do I need to buy another form from ABU or I'm just required to submit my documents to the school?
